What if you meet your boss on a senior dating app?

Out of curiosity, I joined a senior dating app in order to meet high-caliber men (frankly, most successful men aren’t young). Although I’m not in my 50s, I’m a mature woman interested in dating successful men. And I don’t blame myself.

• I met my boss on the senior dating app.

My boss is a 50-year-old man who looks like Keanu Reeves . I have always had a crush on my boss since the first day I came to this company. But I never knew how to make a move because I’m a woman and this is my workplace.

Maybe it’s Law of Attraction. After joining the senior dating app, I met my boss on this app within 2 weeks. He found my dating profile and contacted me first, so there is nothing to worry about, in my opinion. If he is okay with it, I’m definitely okay with it.

He asked me out and took me to a fancy restaurant for a romantic dinner. That was our first date. The date was seriously perfect: oysters as entrée (my favorite aphrodisiac), salmon as the main course; strawberry ice cream as dessert; the best Australian wine. More importantly, my boss gave me a gift at the end of the first date – a beautiful diamond necklace.

I almost said no because I could see how expensive it must be. But my boss told me to accept it, “You don’t have anything to worry about. I bought it from China, so it’s not as expensive as something from Tiffany & Co.”

This diamond necklace was made in China, but the diamond is real (it’s just cheaper than stuff made in America). And this diamond necklace looks as beautiful as a high-end designer necklace, although it doesn’t have a brand name attached to it.

• My romantic relationship with my boss is outside the office.

My boss is an intelligent and well-calibrated man, so he knows what should stay outside the office. The reason he chose to date me is because he knew that I’m a switched-on woman. Indeed, I know what to do and what not to do at all times because I’m a smart cookie.

In actuality, almost every woman in the office is in love with my boss because he is so charismatic, charming and rich! He is the modern version of Don Draper in many ways – confident, handsome and generous.

That means I have many competitors. If other women in the office know that I’m dating my boss, they will be very jealous of me – that is not going to help me with my career. As a result, I keep my relationship with my boss confidential.

I know I have an unusual competitive edge which makes my competition irrelevant: I always have the courage to do something that’s out of the norm – this sets me apart.

For instance, when I was in my early 20s, I was a singer. To be honest with you, I’m not a very good singer and I can’t even read music (I never had a music lesson in my life). To be more specific, I was just a showgirl, an entertainer. I was not a musician at all.

But I hired someone to sing the demo for me so that I could imitate her voice. I can only imitate someone else because I don’t understand music.

I stood out from the crowd by jumping out of cakes. At that time, my competitors were too shy to jump out of cakes, but I did it well. I was the most courageous singer/showgirl/entertainer at that time. That was exactly why I was quite successful when I was much younger.

• Joining the senior dating app is also something out of the norm.

Usually, a woman like me wouldn’t join senior dating apps because I’m not an older woman (although I’m a mature woman). But I have realized that in order to meet wealthy men, I’d better join senior dating apps & here is why:

Most women on senior dating apps are older women in their 50s and 60s. Therefore, if I join a dating app for seniors, I can easily become the most attractive woman on the platform, thereby attracting the most successful man in the online dating community.

I know my philosophy is unusual . That’s just how I operate in this world.

Of course, not every dating app for seniors allow women under 50 years of age to become their members. But there are some dating apps for senior singles that never manually check every member’s age, so I have used that to my advantage.

Now you may wonder why an attractive, rich and successful guy like my boss would be single, right?

The truth is: He isn’t single. He is a married man.

Statistics show that 40% of married men have cheated on their wives. Note that only men who have admitted their affairs are included in the statistics, so now you can image how many men never admit their affairs. A famous Asian psychiatrist once said, “If women don’t forgive their husbands’ affairs, then most couples wouldn’t stay married in this world.” That’s absolutely true.

Then you may want to ask, “Why does your boss want to cheat on his wife?”

As a matter of fact, my boss noticed that his wife was on a cheating dating app – she was looking for an affair online first. Then my boss suddenly realized something: No matter how much you love eating chocolate cake, if you’re forced to eat the same chocolate cake evert day for the rest of your life, you won’t like it. Period.

Consequently, my boss also joined the dating scene again. Because he didn’t want to run into his wife on a cheating dating app, he decided to join a senior dating app instead. And that was how he met me on the Internet.

• Why I date married men:

This isn’t the first time for me to date married men. I’m not proud of that. That’s why this article’s author is anonymous.

Having said that, I’d like to be honest in my writing and I’m happy to share everything that I’ve learned in my journey with you. I think this is better than cheating and hiding the truth. Also, I’ve been single most of the time in my life, so I don’t think I’m a cheater. I just enjoy the freedom of dating whoever I want.

After starting the romantic relationship with my boss, I’ve got a promotion. Previously, I was just an assistant. Now I’m an account manager. I really appreciate what my boss has done for me.

To be honest with you, I have the knowledge and skills to be a good account manager (many women in the office can do that). The real reason I was promoted is because I am dating my boss – it’s like sleeping one’s way to the top. Indeed, when you’ve tried your best and you still can’t get what you want, what should you do?
